All items ship from South Korea using EMS, an international express mail service. If we do not have your part in stock, we will order it from the Hyosung warehouse, which usually takes about 2 days. So, depending on your location, you should receive your part in a maximum of 4-7 days after purchase-although it is often much less than this.

We reserve to right to refuse to ship to countries with high fraud rates. However, we consider ourselves a global distributor, and will gladly ship to 90%+ of the world.

Due to our shipping method, we are unable to ship certain volatile items - such as batteries.

The customer is responsible for paying all applicable import tariffs and fees that their country might charge, although we will do our best to minimize them. Please let us know if you have any specific request for how we fill out the customs paperwork.
