Shipping, Returns, and Warranty Information
All items ship from South Korea using EMS, the Korean international express mail service. If we do not have your part in stock, we will order it from the Hyosung warehouse, which usually takes 2-3 days. So, depending on your location, you should receive your part from 7-10 days after purchase.
We reserve to right to refuse to ship to countries with high fraud rates. However, we consider ourselves a global distributor, and will gladly ship to 90%+ of the world.
Due to our shipping method, we are unable to ship certain volatile items - such as batteries.
The customer is responsible for paying all applicable import tariffs and fees that their country might charge.
Due to the high cost of international shipping, the customs duties, and the fact that the Hyosung warehouse does not accept returns, we generally DO NOT accept returns, so please order carefully.
We have gone to great pains to make it clear exactly what you are ordering to avoid confusion. If you have any questions (such as what bolts and hardware is included, whether a part will work for your bike, etc.), please contact us before ordering.
Carefully check your order upon receipt and notify us within ten (10) days of any problems. Broken or damaged items should be reported to the carrier USPS/UPS/Fedex.
HyosungSource.com's limited warranty guarantees parts purchased from HyosungSource.com for 12 months from date of purchase except Light Bulbs and Gaskets. This warranty does not include parts that have been improperly installed, misused, or used in unsuitable applications.
The Purchaser assumes all responsibility for installation and use. Mechanical ability and/or special tools are sometimes required to install these parts.
HyosungSource.com's sole liability from all causes is limited to the value of the merchandise. Liability from any and all causes is limited to the value of the merchandise sold or conveyed. No other liability is either expressed or implied. Ride gently and wear a good helmet.
